PREM Wellness treatment packages, memberships, and installment plans are designed to support consistency and long-term wellness care.
Memberships require a minimum commitment of three (3) months. After the initial commitment period, memberships may continue according to the terms of the selected plan.
All packages, memberships, and payment plans—including paid-in-full and installment options—are non-cancelable and non-refundable once purchased or enrolled. By selecting an installment payment option, clients agree to complete the full payment commitment regardless of treatment usage, scheduling conflicts, relocation, personal circumstances, or early completion of care.
Sessions are non-transferable and unused sessions do not roll over unless otherwise specified. Services and benefits included in packages or memberships may not be combined with other promotions, discounts, or special offers unless expressly stated.
Appointments are subject to availability. We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Standard cancellation and no-show policies apply.
